The invention comprises a system containing a multipurpose hydraulic unit that can be used in machines and equipment, driven by low-pressure compressed air or other gases, comprising two hydraulic pumps that work together with a hydraulic pressure accumulator, where the main function of the hydraulic pumps is to pump oil to ensure that the hydraulic pressure accumulator (28) is always full, in which the pumping of oil begins with the supply of compressed air, which passes through the pneumatic directional valve (11) and is conveyed to the lower pneumatic chamber (22) or to the upper pneumatic chamber (4) to move the pneumatic cylinder and to push the hydraulic liners of the pumps, which pumps are assembled in parallel with the shaft of the pneumatic cylinder, each on one side, and as such, when the hydraulic chambers move, they exert a force on this volume of oil and force this stored oil out through the check valves to the hydraulic pressure accumulator, where it is kept under pressure and ready for use, and while this volume of oil is being pumped out of the hydraulic chamber, another volume of oil is being drawn into the hydraulic chamber opposite this hydraulic chamber, also to be pumped when the reverse movement of the pneumatic cylinder occurs, at which point said pneumatic cylinder begins pumping this new volume of oil, and so on until the pressure accumulator is full and pumping is stopped as a result of pressure equilibrium being reached, nonetheless maintaining the system under pressure, said system being restarted whenever oil is consumed as a result of the movement of any hydraulic actuator of the machine that is using this invention.

L'invention concerne un système contenant une unité hydraulique multifonctionnelle pouvant être utilisée dans des machines et des équipements, actionnée par air comprimé à basse pression ou par d'autres gaz, comprenant deux pompes hydrauliques fonctionnant de manière intégrée avec un accumulateur de pression hydraulique, les pompes hydrauliques ayant pour fonction principale de pomper l’huile afin de maintenir l’accumulateur de pression hydraulique (28) à un niveau rempli, le pompage d’huile commençant avec l’alimentation en air comprimé, passant par la valve directionnelle pneumatique (11) et étant dirigé vers la chambre pneumatique inférieure (22) ou vers la chambre pneumatique supérieure (4), de manière à déplacer le cylindre pneumatique et à pousser les manchons hydrauliques des pompes, montés parallèlement à l’axe du cylindre pneumatique, et positionné l'un à chaque côté. Ainsi, lorsque les chambres hydrauliques sont déplacées, elles exercent une force applique sur ce volume d’huile et forcent la sortie de cette huile stockée, de manière qu’elle passe par les valves de retenue et soit conduite jusqu’à l’accumulateur de pression hydraulique, où elle reste sous pression et est prête à être utilisée. Pendant que ce volume d’huile est pompé vers l’extérieur de la chambre hydraulique, un autre volume d’huile est aspiré vers l’intérieur de la chambre hydraulique opposée à celle-ci, en vue d’être également pompé au moment de l'inversion du mouvement du cylindre pneumatique, lequel se met alors à pomper ce nouveau volume d’huile, et ainsi successivement jusqu’à ce que l’accumulateur de pression soit rempli et que le pompage soit interrompu du fait de l’équilibre des pressions, le système étant ainsi maintenu sous pression et réactivé à chaque consommation d’huile en fonction du déplacement d’un actionneur hydraulique de la machine faisant appel à cette invention.

A invenção compreende um sistema contendo uma unidade hidráulica multifuncional, que pode ser utilizada em máquinas e equipamentos, atuada por ar comprimido a baixa pressão ou outros gases, composta por duas bombas hidráulicas que trabalham integradas com um acumulador de pressão hidráulica, onde as bombas hidráulicas têm a função principal de bombear óleo para manter sempre cheio o acumulador de pressão hidráulica(28), onde o bombeamento de óleo começa com a alimentação de ar comprimido, que passa pela válvula direcional pneumática(11) e é direcionado para a câmara pneumática inferior(22) ou para a câmara pneumática superior(4) para movimentar o cilindro pneumático e empurrar as camisas hidráulicas das bombas, montadas em paralelo ao eixo do cilindro pneumático estando posicionadas uma de cada lado e, assim sendo, quando as câmaras hidráulicas se deslocam, exercem uma força aplicada neste volume de óleo e forçam a saída deste óleo que está armazenado, fazendo com que ele passe pelaa válvulas de retenção e sejam conduzidos até o acumulador de pressão hidráulica, onde permanece pressurizado e pronto para ser usado, e enquanto este volume de óleo está sendo bombeado para fora da câmara hidráulica, outro volume de óleo está sendo sugado para dentro da câmara hidráulica oposta à esta, para também ser bombeado no momento que ocorrer a reversão do movimento do cilindro pneumático que, então, passará a bombear este novo volume de óleo e assim sucessivamente, até o acumulador de pressão ficar cheio e por equilíbrio de pressões o bombeamento ser interrompido, porém mantendo o siatema pressurizado onde o mesmo é reiniciado sempre que houver consumo de óleo em função do deslocamento de algum atuador hidráulico da máquina que estiver usando esta invenção.
