The present disclosure relates to methods and test kits for detecting Tilletia indica (Karnal bunt) in biological samples. In particular, the present disclosure relates to a diagnostic method employing isothermal amplification of nucleic acids, namely a loop-mediated amplification (LAMP), in combination with lateral flow technology to detect Karnal bunt in a grain sample, e.g., from wheat or triticale, as well as test kits and reagent mixtures for use in same.

La présente invention concerne des procédés et des nécessaires de test pour détecter Tilletia indica (carie de Karnal) dans des échantillons biologiques. En particulier, la présente invention concerne un procédé de diagnostic utilisant une amplification isotherme d'acides nucléiques, à savoir une amplification à médiation par boucle (LAMP), en combinaison avec une technologie de flux latéral pour détecter la carie de Karnal dans un échantillon de grain, par exemple, de blé ou de triticale, ainsi que des nécessaires de test et des mélanges de réactifs destinés à être utilisés dans ceux-ci.
