Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Betreiben eines Maschinensteuerungs Systems (1) und ein Maschinensteuerungssystem (1) mit wenigstens einer Maschinensteuerung (3) zur Ausführung von Maschinenoperationen, mit wenigstens einem mobilen, von einer Bedienperson (4) tragbaren Handbediengerät (5) zur funktionalen Beeinflussung einer der Maschinensteuerungen (3). Das Handbediengerät (5) weist wenigstens ein Bedienelement (11), eine Benutzerschnittstelle, eine Anzeigevorrichtung (13) und wenigstens eine drahtlose Übertragungsschnittstelle zum Aufbauen oder Umsetzen einer steuerungstechnische Wirkverbindung (15) zwischen dem Handbediengerät (5) und der Maschinensteuerung (3) und/oder einer Anschlussstelle (16) auf. Infolge einer manuelle Eingabe einer Zuordnungsanfrage am Handbediengerät (5) durch die Bedienperson (4), wird erfindungsgemäß eine Zuordnungsinformation in Bezug auf das Vorliegen einer aktiven steuerungstechnischen Wirkverbindung (15) des Handbediengeräts (5) mit einer Maschine (2) und/oder Anschlussstelle (16) einer Maschinensteuerung (3) ermittelt und eine Signaleinrichtung (19) an der jeweiligen Maschine (2) und/oder an der jeweiligen Anschlussstelle (16) der jeweiligen Maschinensteuerung (3) an welche das Handbediengerät (5) steuerungstechnisch angebunden ist, aktiviert.

The invention relates to a method for operating a machine control system (1) and to a machine control system (1) having at least one machine controller (3) for carrying out machine operations, comprising at least one mobile hand-held operating device (5) which can be carried by an operator (4) and is intended to functionally influence one of the machine controllers (3). The hand-held operating device (5) comprises at least one operating element (11), a user interface, a display device (13) and at least one wireless transmission interface for establishing or converting a control connection (15) between the hand-held operating device (5) and the machine controller (3) and/or a connection point (16). According to the invention, following a manual input of an allocation question to the hand-held control device (5) by the control person (4), allocation information determines the presence of the active control connection (15) of the hand-held operating device (5) using a machine (2) and/or a connection point (16) of a machine controller (3), and activates a signal device (19) on the respective machine (2) and/or on the respective connection point (16) or the respective machine controller (3) on which the hand-held control device (5) is attached in a controlled manner.

L'invention concerne un procédé servant à faire fonctionner un système de commande de machine (1) et un système de commande de machine (1) comprenant au moins une commande (3) de machine servant à exécuter des opérations de machine, avec au moins un appareil d'utilisation manuelle (5) mobile pouvant être porté par un utilisateur (4), servant à influencer de manière fonctionnelle une des commandes (3) de machine. L'appareil d'utilisation manuelle (5) comporte au moins un élément d'utilisation (11), une interface d'utilisateur, un dispositif d'affichage (13) et au moins une interface de transmission sans fil servant à établir ou à mettre en œuvre une interaction (15) technique de commande entre l'appareil d'utilisation manuelle (5) et la commande (3) de machine et/ou un emplacement de raccordement (16). Suite à une saisie manuelle d'une demande d’attribution sur l'appareil d'utilisation manuelle (5) par l'utilisateur (4), une information d'attribution concernant la présence d'une interaction (15) technique de commande active de l'appareil d'utilisation manuelle (5) avec une machine (2) et/ou un emplacement de raccordement (16) d'une commande (3) de machine est déterminée, et un dispositif de signalisation (19) est activé sur la machine (2) respective et/ou sur l'emplacement de raccordement (16) respectif de la commande (3) de machine respective, à laquelle est rattaché l'appareil d'utilisation manuelle (5) par une technique de commande.
