Abstract

Systems and methods are disclosed that determine whether wait times for attractions of a theme park are shorter or longer than expected and notify guests of these shorter or longer wait times. In particular, the systems and methods determine a wait time value for an attraction by dividing a wait time for the attraction by a total wait time for all attractions of the theme park, and compare the wait time value to one or more threshold values based on an expected wait time for the attraction. In this manner, theme park guests may make a more informed decision on which attraction to wait for, and maximize their time at the theme park.

L'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés qui déterminent si des temps d'attente pour des attractions d'un parc à thème sont plus courts ou plus longs que prévu et avertissent les clients de ces temps d'attente plus courts ou plus longs. En particulier, les systèmes et les procédés déterminent une valeur de temps d'attente pour une attraction par division d'un temps d'attente pour l'attraction par un temps d'attente total pour toutes les attractions du parc à thème et comparent la valeur de temps d'attente à une ou plusieurs valeurs seuil sur la base d'un temps d'attente attendu pour l'attraction. De cette manière, les clients d'un parc à thème peuvent prendre une décision plus informée sur l'attraction pour laquelle attendre et maximiser leur temps au niveau du parc à thème.
