Embodiments of the present invention provide a video signal processing method and device. Particularly, a method for decoding a video signal, according to one embodiment of the present invention, can comprise the steps of: confirming whether a transform skip is applied to a current block; acquiring, from a video signal, a transform index for indicating a transform type set to be applied to the current block, when the transform skip is not applied to the current block, wherein the transform type set includes transform types applied to horizontal and vertical directions of the current block; confirming whether the transform type set includes DCT2; determining a domain to which a primary transform is applied, on the basis of the confirmation result; and using the transform types included in the transform type set so as to perform an inverse transform with respect to horizontal and vertical directions of the domain to which the primary transform is applied.

Des modes de réalisation de l'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de traitement de signal vidéo. En particulier, un procédé de décodage d'un signal vidéo selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention peut comprendre les étapes suivantes consistant : à confirmer si un saut de transformée est appliqué à un bloc actuel ; à acquérir, à partir d'un signal vidéo, un indice de transformée permettant d'indiquer un ensemble de types de transformée à appliquer au bloc actuel, lorsque le saut de transformée n'est pas appliqué au bloc actuel, l'ensemble de types de transformée contenant des types de transformée appliqués aux directions horizontale et verticale du bloc actuel ; à confirmer si l'ensemble de types de transformée contient DCT2 ; à déterminer un domaine auquel est appliquée une transformée primaire, en fonction du résultat de confirmation ; et à utiliser les types de transformée contenus dans l'ensemble de types de transformée, de façon à réaliser une transformée inverse par rapport aux directions horizontale et verticale du domaine auquel est appliquée la transformée primaire.

본 발명의 실시예들은 비디오 신호 처리 방법 및 장치를 제공한다. 특히, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 비디오 신호를 디코딩하는 방법에 있어서, 현재 블록에 변환 스킵(transform skip)이 적용되는지 여부를 확인하는 단계; 상기 현재 블록에 상기 변환 스킵이 적용되지 않는 경우, 상기 비디오 신호로부터 상기 현재 블록에 적용되는 변환 타입 셋(transform type set)을 지시하는 변환 인덱스(transform index)를 획득하는 단계, 여기서 상기 변환 타입 셋은 상기 현재 블록의 수평 및 수직 방향에 적용되는 변환 타입들을 포함하고; 상기 변환 타입 셋이 DCT2를 포함하는지 여부를 확인하는 단계; 상기 확인 결과에 기초하여 일차 변환(primary transform)이 적용되는 영역을 결정하는 단계; 및 상기 변환 타입 셋에 포함된 변환 타입들을 이용하여 상기 일차 변환이 적용되는 영역의 수평 및 수직 방향에 대하여 역변환을 수행하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
