A lighting device disclosed in an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a substrate; a plurality of light sources arranged to be spaced at a predetermined interval on the substrate; a resin layer arranged on the substrate; a phosphor layer arranged on the resin layer so as to have a pattern layer which has concavity and convexity on the surface facing the resin layer; and a diffusion layer arranged between the resin layer and the phosphor layer, wherein the thickness of the diffusion layer can be at least 10% and less than 50% of the maximum thickness of the phosphor layer.

Un dispositif d'éclairage décrit dans un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend : un substrat; une pluralité de sources de lumière disposées pour être espacées à un intervalle prédéterminé sur le substrat ; une couche de résine disposée sur le substrat ; une couche de phosphore disposée sur la couche de résine de manière à avoir une couche de motif qui a une concavité et une convexité sur la surface faisant face à la couche de résine ; et une couche de diffusion disposée entre la couche de résine et la couche de phosphore, l'épaisseur de la couche de diffusion pouvant être d'au moins 10 % et inférieure à 50 % de l'épaisseur maximale de la couche de phosphore.

발명의 실시 예에 개시된 조명 장치는, 기판; 상기 기판 상에 소정 간격으로 이격되어 배치되는 복수의 광원; 상기 기판 상에 배치되는 레진층; 상기 레진층 상에 배치되어 상기 레진층과 대면하는 면에 요와 철을 포함하는 패턴층이 형성된 형광체층; 및 상기 레진층과 상기 형광체층 사이에 배치되는 확산층;을 포함하고, 상기 확산층의 두께는 상기 형광체층의 최대 두께의 10% 이상 및 50% 미만일 수 있다.
