Disclosed are an OLED display, a deposition source for manufacturing same, and a method for manufacturing same. A deposition source for manufacturing an OLED display according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a crucible in which a deposition material receiving space is formed; a nozzle provided at one end of the crucible and having an injection hole communicating with the deposition material receiving space; and a deposition angle limiting plate disposed between a substrate and the injection hole and having an opening region alternately arranged in a zigzag form along a vertical direction of a scanning direction, wherein the opening region may have a shape such that a sum of lengths can be constant in a direction parallel to a scan direction at any point of a deposition region generated by a deposition material being deposited on the substrate.

L'invention concerne un écran OLED, une source de dépôt pour sa fabrication et son procédé de fabrication. Une source de dépôt pour fabriquer un écran OLED selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend : un creuset dans lequel est formé un espace de réception de matériau de dépôt ; une buse disposée à une extrémité du creuset et ayant un trou d'injection communiquant avec l'espace de réception de matériau de dépôt ; et une plaque de limitation d'angle de dépôt disposée entre un substrat et le trou d'injection et ayant une région d'ouverture disposée en alternance en zigzag le long d'une direction verticale d'une direction de balayage, la région d'ouverture pouvant avoir une forme telle qu'une somme de longueurs peut être constante dans une direction parallèle à une direction de balayage en tout point d'une région de dépôt générée par le dépôt d'un matériau de dépôt sur le substrat.

OLED 디스플레이, 그 제조용 증착원과 그 제조 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 OLED 디스플레이 제조용 증착원은, 증착물질 수용공간이 형성된 도가니; 상기 도가니의 일 단부에 마련되고 상기 증착물질 수용공간과 연통되는 분사구가 형성된 노즐; 및 기판과 상기 분사구 사이에 배치되고, 스캔방향의 수직방향을 따라 지그재그 형태로 교번 배열된 개구영역이 형성된 증착각 제한판을 포함하며, 상기 개구영역은 증착물질이 상기 기판에 증착되어 생성하는 증착영역 임의 지점마다 상기 스캔방향과 나란한 방향으로 길이의 합이 일정해지도록 하는 형상을 가질 수 있다.
