Disclosed is a method for producing exosomes having effects of skin regeneration and wound healing, comprising the steps of: providing ultrasonic stimulation directly or indirectly to cells; culturing a mixture of the cells and a medium for a predetermined amount of time; and separating exosomes from the mixture, wherein direct provision of stimulation is the application of ultrasonic stimulation to a medium comprising cells, and indirect provision of stimulation is the application of ultrasonic stimulation to a medium that does not comprise cells and then mixing the medium with the cells. The exosome production method enables exosomes, having effects of skin regeneration and wound healing, to be obtained in a high yield and short amount of time by means of a simple process called sonication from stem cells, which are difficult to be handled, and also from somatic cells, which can be easily obtained and maintained. The exosomes obtained thereby also have a high amount and number of various included factors, the exosomes and compositions comprising same have increased various factors, which can induce skin regeneration and wound healing, and the exosomes have a phospholipid-based membrane structure so as to facilitate skin penetration and allow high efficiency of substance delivery, thereby enabling skin regeneration and wound healing to be effectively induced, and are safe and have no side effects caused by the use of synthetic drugs.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'exosomes ayant des effets de régénération de la peau et de cicatrisation des plaies, comprenant les étapes suivantes : stimulation ultrasonore directe ou indirecte de cellules ; culture d'un mélange cellulaire et d'un milieu pendant une durée prédéterminée ; et séparation des exosomes et du mélange, la stimulation directe étant l'application d'une stimulation ultrasonore à un milieu qui comprend des cellules, et la stimulation indirecte étant l'application d'une stimulation ultrasonore à un milieu qui ne comprend pas de cellules, avant le mélange du milieu et des cellules. Le procédé de fabrication d'exosomes permet d'obtenir des exosomes ayant des effets de régénération de la peau et de cicatrisation des plaies avec un rendement élevé et en un temps très court, au moyen d'un processus simple appelé sonication, à partir de cellules souches, qui sont difficiles à manipuler, et à partir de cellules somatiques, qui peuvent être facilement obtenues et maintenues en culture. Les exosomes ainsi obtenus ont également une quantité et un nombre élevés de divers facteurs inclus, les exosomes et les compositions associées ont des facteurs variés accrus, qui peuvent induire la régénération de la peau et la cicatrisation des plaies, et les exosomes ont une structure membranaire contenant des phospholipides qui facilitent la pénétration cutanée et permettent une administration efficace de la substance, ce qui permet d'induire efficacement la régénération de la peau et la cicatrisation des plaies, sans danger ni effets secondaires provoqués par l'utilisation de médicaments synthétiques.

세포에 직간접적으로 초음파 자극을 제공하는 단계; 상기 세포 및 배지의 혼합물을 일정 시간 배양하는 단계; 및 상기 혼합물로부터 엑소좀을 분리하는 단계;를 포함하고, 상기 직접적으로 자극을 제공하는 것은 세포가 포함된 배지에 초음파 자극을 가하는 것이고, 상기 간접적으로 자극을 제공하는 것은 세포가 포함되지 않은 배지에 초음파 자극을 가한 후 상기 배지와 상기 세포를 혼합하는 것인, 피부 재생 및 상처 치유 효과를 가진 엑소좀의 제조방법을 개시한다. 이러한 엑소좀의 제조방법은, 다루기 어려운 줄기세포뿐 아니라 손쉽게 얻고 유지할 수 있는 체세포로부터도 초음파 처리라는 간단한 과정을 통해 단시간 안에 높은 수율로 피부 재생 및 상처 치유 효과를 가진 엑소좀을 수득할 수 있다. 이렇게 수득한 엑소좀은 포함된 각종 인자의 양 및 수 역시 높고, 상기 엑소좀 및 이를 포함하는 조성물은 피부 재생 및 상처 치유를 유도할 수 있는 다양한 인자가 증가되어 있으며, 엑소좀은 인지질 기반의 막구조를 가져 피부 침투가 용이하여 물질의 전달 효율이 높아 피부 재생 및 상처 치유를 효과적으로 유도할 수 있고, 안전하고 합성의약품의 사용으로 나타나는 부작용이 없다는 장점이 있다.
