Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a hydrocyclone for discharging sludge contained in raw water when water or wastewater is treated, and, more specifically, to a multi-stage hydrocyclone for rapid collection of weighted coagulant, in which raw water, which contains sludge infiltrated by weighted coagulant, is separated by means of a plurality of auxiliary cyclones into weighted coagulant, and sludge and water, respectively into the lower and upper sides thereof, wherein the weighted coagulant, which is separated into the lower side of the plurality of auxiliary cyclones, and water and the sludge, which have not moved to the upper side thereof, flow again into a main cyclone so that the sludge and water are discharged through the upper side of the main cyclone and the weighted coagulant is discharged through the lower side of the main cyclone and stored, and thus the sludge and water, and the weighted coagulant are quickly and efficiently separated and discharged so as to increase the separation and recycling rate of the weighted coagulant, thereby significantly reducing sludge treatment costs.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un hydrocyclone pour décharger des boues contenues dans de l'eau brute lorsque de l'eau ou des eaux usées sont traitées et, plus spécifiquement, un hydrocyclone à plusieurs étages pour la collecte rapide d'un coagulant pondéré, dans lequel de l'eau brute, qui contient des boues infiltrées par un coagulant pondéré, est séparée au moyen d'une pluralité de cyclones auxiliaires en un coagulant pondéré, et des boues et de l'eau, respectivement dans les côtés inférieur et supérieur de ceux-ci. Le coagulant pondéré, qui est séparé dans le côté inférieur de la pluralité de cyclones auxiliaires, et l'eau et les boues, qui ne se sont pas déplacées vers le côté supérieur de ceux-ci, s'écoulent de nouveau dans un cyclone principal de sorte que les boues et l'eau sont évacuées à travers le côté supérieur du cyclone principal et le coagulant pondéré est évacué à travers le côté inférieur du cyclone principal et stocké. Les boues et l'eau, ainsi que le coagulant pondéré sont ainsi séparés et évacués rapidement et efficacement de façon à augmenter la vitesse de séparation et de recyclage du coagulant pondéré, ce qui permet de réduire significativement les coûts de traitement des boues.
(KO) 본 발명은 상수처리 또는 하폐수 처리에 있어 원수에 함유된 슬러지를 배출 처리하는 하이드로 사이클론에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 가중응집제가 침투된 슬러지가 함유된 원수를 다수개의 보조 사이클론을 통해 가중응집제와 슬러지 및 물을 하부측과 상부측으로 각각 분리하되, 다수의 보조 사이클론의 하부측을 통해 분리된 가중응집제 및 상부측으로 이동하지 못한 물과 슬러지를 다시 메인 사이클론으로 각각 재유입시켜 슬러지와 물은 메인 사이클의 상부측을 통해 배출처리하고, 가중응집제는 메인 사이클의 하부측을 통해 배출 저장하도록 하여 슬러지 및 물과 가중응집제를 신속하면서도 효율적으로 분리 배출하여 가중응집제의 분리 및 재활용율을 높여 슬러지 처리비용을 획기적으로 절감하는 가중응집적 고속회수량 멀티스테이지 하이드로 사이클론에 관한 것이다.
