Disclosed are a method for extending the telomeres of cells and cells having telomeres extended by physical stimuli, the method comprising the steps of: providing direct or indirect physical stimuli for cells; and incubating a mixture of the cells and a medium for a predetermined period of time, wherein the providing of direct physical stimuli refers to applying physical stimuli to a medium containing cells and the providing of indirect physical stimuli refers to applying physical stimuli to a cell-free medium which is then mixed with the cells. The method for extending telomeres of cells according to the present invention is simple and superior in terms of time, cost, effect efficiency, and safety, compared to conventional methods. Moreover, the method of the present invention induces cell division and has an anti-senescence effect in addition to extending telomeres and as such, can be expected to alleviate and prevent various senescence-associated diseases and symptoms as well as solving problems with shortened telomeres.

Procédé servant à allonger les télomères de cellules et cellules ayant des télomères allongés par des stimuli physiques. Ledit procédé consistant à fournir des stimuli physiques directs ou indirects à des cellules, et à incuber un mélange des cellules et un milieu pendant une période de temps prédéterminée, la fourniture de stimuli physiques directs se rapportant à l'application de stimuli physiques à un milieu contenant des cellules et la fourniture de stimuli physiques indirects se rapportant à l'application de stimuli physiques à un milieu exempt de cellules qui est ensuite mélangé aux cellules. Le procédé d'allongement des télomères de cellules selon la présente invention est simple et supérieur en matière de temps, de coût, d'efficacité d'effet et de sécurité, par comparaison avec des procédés classiques. De plus, le procédé de la présente invention induit une division cellulaire et a un effet anti-sénescence en plus de l'allongement des télomères, et ainsi il peut permettre d' atténuer et de prévenir diverses maladies et symptômes liés à la sénescence, ainsi qu'à résoudre des problèmes liés au raccourcissement des télomères.

세포에 직간접적으로 물리적 자극을 제공하는 단계; 및 상기 세포 및 배지의 혼합물을 일정 시간 배양하는 단계;를 포함하고, 상기 직접적으로 자극을 제공하는 것은 세포가 포함된 배지에 물리적 자극을 가하는 것이고, 상기 간접적으로 자극을 제공하는 것은 세포가 포함되지 않은 배지에 물리적 자극을 가한 후 상기 배지와 세포를 혼합하는 것인, 세포의 텔로미어를 신장시키는 방법과, 물리적 자극에 의해 텔로미어가 신장된 세포를 개시한다. 본 발명의 세포의 텔로미어를 신장시키는 방법은, 기존의 방법에 비해 간단하며 시간, 비용, 효과의 효율, 안전성 측면에서 우수하다. 또한 단순히 텔로미어를 신장시키는 데에 그치지 않고, 세포 분열을 유도하고 항노화 효과를 가져 이를 통해 텔로미어 길이가 짧아져 생기는 문제뿐만 아니라 노화와 관련된 다양한 질병과 증상까지 개선 및 예방할 수 있을 것으로 기대할 수 있다.
