The present invention relates to a spirally heating submarine pipeline which can prevent wax and hydration from occurring within a submarine pipeline during fluid transportation from a subsea production plant. More specifically, the present invention relates to a technology for a spirally heating submarine pipeline wherein an electric heating wire having a semicircular cross-sectional shape is laid in a spiral structure while being arranged inside a pipeline so as not to protrude out of the outer circumferential surface of the pipeline, whereby thermal conductivity and fluid flow in the pipeline can be improved.

La présente invention concerne une canalisation sous-marine à chauffage en spirale qui peut empêcher la cire et l'hydratation de se produire à l'intérieur de la canalisation sous-marine pendant le transport de fluide à partir d'une installation de production sous-marine. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne une technologie pour une canalisation sous-marine à chauffage en spirale selon laquelle un fil chauffant électrique ayant une forme de section transversale semi-circulaire est posé dans une structure en spirale tout en étant disposée à l'intérieur d'une canalisation de façon à ne pas faire saillie hors de la surface circonférentielle externe de la canalisation, ce qui permet d'améliorer la conductivité thermique et l'écoulement de fluide dans la canalisation.

본 발명은 해저생산플랜트에서 유체 이송 시 해저 파이프라인 내부에서의 왁스 및 하이드레이트화 등을 방지할 수 있는 나선형 발열 해저 파이프라인에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 전열선을 도관의 외주면에서 돌출되지 않도록 내부에 배치되면서 반원 형상의 전열선이 나선형 구조로 마련되어, 열전도율 및 관내 유동흐름을 개선시킬 수 있는 나선형 발열 해저 파이프라인에 관한 기술이다.
