The present invention relates to a 3D printer. A 3D printer according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a nozzle part (10) for melting and discharging a solid-phase thermoplastic material (M); a workbench (20) disposed below the nozzle part (10); a nozzle moving part (30) which cures and laminates the thermoplastic material (M) upward on the upper surface of the workbench (20) while moving the nozzle part (10) in X-axis and Y-axis directions to form a first molded product (P1); an elevating part (40) for elevating the workbench 20 in a Z-axis direction; a water reservoir (50) disposed below the workbench (20) to accommodate a liquid-phase photocurable resin (R), and being open at the top; a molding table (60) which is connected to the elevating part (40) to be disposed between the workbench (20) and the water reservoir (50), the lower surface of which is immersed in the photocurable resin (R) through the upper portion of the water reservoir (50) and then raised; and a light irradiation part (70) which projects light onto the water reservoir (50) while changing a projection direction, and cures and laminates the photocurable resin (R) downward on the lower surface of the molding table (60) to form a second molded product (P2).

La présente invention concerne une imprimante 3D. Une imprimante 3D selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend : une partie buse (10) pour la fusion et le déversement d'un matériau thermoplastique en phase solide (M); un plan de travail (20) disposé au-dessous de la partie buse (10); une partie de déplacement de buse (30) qui durcit et stratifie le matériau thermoplastique (M) vers le haut sur la surface supérieure du plan de travail (20) tout en déplaçant la partie buse (10) dans les directions de l'axe X et de l'axe Y pour former un premier produit moulé (P1); une partie d'élévation (40) pour l'élévation du plan de travail (20) dans la direction de l'axe Z; un réservoir d'eau (50) disposé au-dessous du plan de travail (20) pour recevoir une résine photodurcissable en phase liquide (R) et qui est ouvert en haut; une table de moulage (60) qui est reliée à la partie d'élévation (40) destinée à être disposée entre le plan de travail (20) et le réservoir d'eau (50), dont la surface inférieure est immergée dans la résine photodurcissable (R) par la partie supérieure du réservoir d'eau (50) puis soulevée; et une partie d'exposition à de la lumière (70) qui projette de la lumière sur le réservoir d'eau (50) tout en changeant une direction de projection et qui durcit et stratifie la résine photodurcissable (R) vers le bas sur la surface inférieure de la table de moulage (60) pour former un second produit moulé (P2).

본 발명은 3D 프린터에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 3D 프린터는 고상의 열가소성 재료(M)를 용융시켜 배출하는 노즐부(10); 노즐부(10)의 아래에 배치되는 작업대(20); 노즐부(10)를 X축 및 Y축 방향으로 이동시키면서, 작업대(20)의 상면에 열가소성 재료(M)를 상향으로 경화 적층시켜 제1 성형품(P1)을 성형하는 노즐이동부(30); 작업대(20)를 Z축 방향으로 승하강시키는 승하강부(40); 작업대(20)의 아래에 배치되고, 액상의 광경화성 수지(R)를 수용하며, 상부가 개방된 수조(50); 작업대(20)와 수조(50) 사이에 배치되도록 승하강부(40)에 연결되어, 하면이 수조(50)의 상부를 통해 광경화성 수지(R)에 침지되었다가 상승하는 조형대(60); 및 투사 방향을 바꾸면서 수조(50)에 광을 투사하여, 조형대(60)의 하면에 광경화성 수지(R)를 하향으로 경화 적층시켜 제2 성형품(P2)을 성형하는 광조사부(70);를 포함한다.
