The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a colorless distilled liquor containing Cordyceps and honeyed ginseng ingredients, the method comprising the steps of: preparing a crude distilled liquor with rice, malt, yeast, and water; distilling honeyed ginseng liquid containing a Cordyceps extract at a reduced pressure to prepare a Cordyceps and honeyed ginseng distillate; mixing the crude distilled liquor and the Cordyceps and honeyed ginseng distillate to obtain a mixed distillate; and filtering and maturing the mixed distillate.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'une liqueur distillée incolore contenant des ingrédients de Cordyceps et de ginseng miellé, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant : à préparer une liqueur distillée brute avec du riz, du malt, de la levure et de l'eau; à distiller un liquide de ginseng miellé contenant un extrait de Cordyceps à une pression réduite en vue de préparer un distillat de Cordyceps et de ginseng miellé; à mélanger la liqueur distillée brute et le distillat de Cordyceps et de ginseng miellé en vue d'obtenir un distillat mélangé; et à filtrer et à faire maturer le distillat mélangé.

동충하초 및 꿀삼 성분을 함유한 무색 증류주 제조방법으로서, 쌀, 누룩, 효모 및 물을 이용하여 알코올 증류주 원액을 준비하는 단계; 동충하초 추출물을 함유한 꿀삼액을 감압증류하여 동충하초 꿀삼 증류액을 준비하는 단계; 상기 알코올 증류주 원액 및 상기 동충하초 꿀삼 증류액을 혼합하여 혼합 증류액을 수득하는 단계; 및 상기 혼합 증류액을 여과 및 숙성하는 단계를 포함한다.
