In a repairing method of irradiating a defective pixel with a laser beam and darkening the defective pixel, disclosed are a method and a device for repairing brightness defect of a liquid crystal display device, comprising: a step of irradiating at least a portion of the peripheral portion of the defective pixel with a laser beam of relatively weak intensity; and a step of irradiating the central portion of the defective pixel with a laser beam of relatively strong intensity. In order to make darkening of the defective pixel clear, a step of irradiating a laser beam on a portion of a circuit of a lower substrate, for example, a power common electrode and a transparent electrode pattern inside a pixel and disconnecting or short-circuiting the circuit so as to change the circuit, may be further provided. According to the present invention, the peripheral portion of the defective pixel is irradiated with a relatively weak laser beam, and the influence of the laser beam irradiation in the process of repairing the defective pixel is diffused towards the surrounding area, thereby suppressing and preventing adverse effects on the liquid crystal arrangement state of adjacent pixels.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de réparation de défaut de luminosité d'un dispositif à cristaux liquides, le procédé de réparation consistant à irradier un pixel défectueux avec un faisceau laser et à obscurcir le pixel défectueux. Le procédé comprend en particulier : une étape d'irradiation d'au moins une partie de la partie périphérique du pixel défectueux avec un faisceau laser d'intensité relativement faible ; et une étape d'irradiation de la partie centrale du pixel défectueux avec un faisceau laser d'intensité relativement forte. Afin d'éclaircir l'obscurcissement du pixel défectueux, le procédé peut également comprendre une étape d'irradiation d'un faisceau laser sur une partie d'un circuit d'un substrat inférieur, par exemple, une électrode commune de puissance et un motif d'électrode transparent à l'intérieur d'un pixel, et de déconnexion ou de court-circuitage du circuit, de sorte à changer le circuit. Selon l'invention, la partie périphérique du pixel défectueux est irradiée avec un faisceau laser relativement faible et l'influence de l'irradiation par le faisceau laser dans le processus de réparation du pixel défectueux se diffuse vers la zone environnante, ce qui supprime et prévient les effets indésirables sur l'état d'agencement des cristaux liquides de pixels adjacents.

불량 화소를 레이저빔으로 조사하여 암점화하는 수리하는 방법에 있어서, 불량 화소의 주변부의 적어도 일부를 상대적으로 약한 세기의 레이저빔으로 조사하는 단계와 불량 화소의 중앙부를 상대적으로 강한 세기의 레이저빔으로 조사하는 단계를 함께 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 휘도불량 수리 방법 및 장치가 개시된다. 불량 화소의 암점화를 보다 확실하게 하기 위해 하부 기판의 회로 일부, 가령 화소 내부의 전원공통전극과 투명전극패턴에 레이저빔을 조사하여 회로를 단선 혹은 단락시킴으로써 회로를 변경하는 단계가 더 구비될 수 있다. 본 발명에 따르면 불량 화소의 주변부에는 상대적으로 약한 레이저빔을 조사하여 해당 불량 화소를 수리하는 과정에서의 레이저빔 조사의 영향이 주변으로 확산되어 인접 화소의 액정배열상태 등에 악영향을 미치는 것을 억제 및 방지할 수 있다.
