(1): W1-O-(R2-O)n-W2 (In formula (1), W1 represents a hydrocarbon group having 4-30 carbon atoms; W2 represents a group that is represented by formula (A1); R2 represents an alkylene group having 2-5 carbon atoms; and n represents a number of 3-100.) (A1): -Z1-NY1X1 (In formula (A1), Z1 represents a divalent organic group having a hydroxyl group; X1 represents a hydrogen atom or a monovalent organic group; Y1 represents a monovalent organic group; or alternatively, X1 and Y1 combine with each other to form a ring that contains a nitrogen atom.)
