Provided is a powder inhaler having excellent dispersibility, lung delivery performance and deposition performance, which contains an active ingredient in at least a part of each of porous hollow spherical particles that can be dispersed and crushed by means of inhaled air and can be swollen upon inhalation of moisture.

L'invention concerne un inhalateur de poudre présentant d'excellentes propriétés de dispersibilité, de performance de distribution au poumon et de performance de dépôt au niveau du poumon, qui contient un principe actif dans au moins une partie de chacune des particules sphériques creuses poreuses qui peuvent être dispersées et brisées par l'air inhalé et qui peuvent gonfler lors de l'inhalation d'humidité.
