A question generation device 100 is configured to include: a storage unit 101 for retaining explanatory sentences that pertain to each of prescribed items; and an arithmetic unit 104 for executing, on the basis of a morphological analysis result pertaining to the explanatory sentences, a process for generating a matrix in which the presence of a word in the explanatory sentences is stated, a process for receiving an inquiry from a prescribed terminal and specifying, on the basis of a keyword included in the inquiry, one among the explanatory sentences that includes the keyword as a candidate explanatory sentence, and a process for executing a decision tree analysis on the basis of a statement pertaining to the candidate explanatory sentence in the matrix and generating a question tree comprising a branch determination item as a question sentence.

L’invention ‌concerne‌ ‌un‌ dispositif de génération de question 100 configuré pour comprendre : une unité de mémoire 101 destinée à retenir des phrases explicatives qui concernent chacun d'éléments prescrits ; et une unité arithmétique 104 destinée à exécuter, sur la base d'un résultat d'analyse morphologique concernant les phrases explicatives, un processus pour générer une matrice dans laquelle la présence d'un mot dans les phrases explicatives est indiquée, un processus pour recevoir une interrogation à partir d'un terminal prescrit et spécifier, sur la base d'un mot-clé inclus dans l'interrogation, l'une parmi les phrases explicatives qui comprennent le mot-clé en tant que phrase explicative candidate, et un processus pour exécuter une analyse d'arbre de décision sur la base d'une instruction relative à la phrase explicative candidate dans la matrice et générer un arbre de question comprenant un élément de détermination de branche en tant que phrase de question.

質問生成装置100において、所定事項各々に関する各説明文を保持する記憶部101と、前記各説明文の形態素解析結果に基づき、前記各説明文における各単語の有無を記述したマトリクスの生成を行う処理と、所定端末から問い合わせを受信し、当該問い合わせが含むキーワードに基づき、前記各説明文のうち前記キーワードを含むものを候補説明文として特定する処理と、前記マトリクスにおける前記候補説明文に関する記述に基づき決定木分析を実行し、分岐判定項目を質問文とした質問木を生成する処理と、を実行する演算部104を含む構成とする。
