A coloring structure has an uneven structure layer having an uneven structure configured of a plurality of concave-convex elements on the surface, and a multilayer film layer which is positioned on the uneven structure, has a surface shape following the uneven structure, and is configured to emit reflected light enhanced by interference. In a plan view of the uneven structure viewed from the direction along the thickness direction of the uneven structure layer, each of the width in a short side direction and the width in a long side direction of the concave-convex element is 10 μm or more and 100 μm or less, the dimension of the concave-convex element along the thickness direction is continuously increased from the end of the concave-convex element in the plan view toward the center, and the ratio of the maximum value of the dimension along the thickness direction in the concave-convex element to the width in the short side direction is 0.1 or more and 1.0 or less.
