Provided is a user-worn hearing assistance device that can suppress speech made by a user that is wearing the hearing assistance device. When a user wears the hearing assistance device 1, a pair of microphones L, R separately arranged on the respective sides of the head of the user fall into position, and a pair of speakers are positioned in the ears of or in the vicinity of the ears of the user. The device is also provided with a noise-canceling part 96 which subtracts, from an input signal from at least one of the microphones L, R, a signal for relatively emphasizing sound originating from a sound source located at the mouth of the user, processed by a mouth directivity acoustic processing unit 93.

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'aide auditive porté par un utilisateur qui peut supprimer la parole effectuée par un utilisateur qui porte le dispositif d'aide auditive. Lorsqu'un utilisateur porte le dispositif d'aide auditive (1), une paire de microphones L, R agencés séparément sur les côtés respectifs de la tête de l'utilisateur se mettent en position, et une paire de haut-parleurs est positionnée dans les oreilles ou au voisinage des oreilles de l'utilisateur.
