This electronic device comprises: a transmission antenna for transmitting a transmission wave, a reception antenna for receiving a reflection wave resulting from the reflection of the transmission wave, and a control unit. The control unit detects a transmission-wave-reflecting object on the basis of the transmission signal transmitted as the transmission wave and the reception signal received as the reflection wave. The range within which the control unit detects an object using the transmission signal and reception signal is variable.

L'invention concerne un dispositif électronique comprenant : une antenne d'émission destiné à émettre une onde d'émission ; une antenne de réception destinée à recevoir une onde de réflexion obtenue à partir de la réflexion de l'onde d'émission ; et une unité de commande. L'unité de commande détecte un objet réfléchissant l'onde d'émission sur la base du signal d'émission émis en tant qu'onde d'émission et du signal de réception reçu en tant qu'onde de réflexion. La distance sur laquelle l'unité de commande détecte un objet à l'aide du signal d'émission et du signal de réception est variable.
