A method wherein cells are cultured while stirring a cell suspension, which contains stem cells and a culture medium, by rotating at least one stirring blade. In this method: the viscosity of the culture medium is controlled to 10-1000 mPa•s inclusive; the product of the stirring blade length and the number of the stirring blade(s) is controlled to 20-500 mm inclusive; and the average rotational speed of the stirring blade(s) is controlled to 0.01-5/min inclusive.

L'invention concerne un procédé dans lequel des cellules sont cultivées par rotation d'au moins une lame d'agitation, tout en agitant une suspension cellulaire dans laquelle sont contenues des cellules souches et un milieu de culture. Dans ce procédé, la viscosité du milieu de culture est régulée à 10 à 1 000 mPa•s inclus ; le produit de la longueur de la lame d'agitation et du nombre des lames d'agitation est régulé à 20-500 mm inclus et la vitesse de rotation moyenne des lames d'agitation est régulée à 0,01-5/min inclus.
