An alkali-free glass plate according to the present invention is characterized by having a glass composition containing, in mol%, 55 to 80% of SiO2, 10 to 25% of Al2O3, 0 to 4% of B2O3, 0 to 30% of MgO, 0 to 25% of CaO, 0 to 15% of SrO, 0 to 15% of BaO and 0 to 5% of ZnO, and also containing both of Y2O3 and La2O3 in the total amount of 0% or more and less than 1.0%, containing substantially no alkali metal oxide, and having a strain point of 750°C or higher.

La présente invention concerne une plaque de verre sans alcalin, caractérisée en ce qu'elle présente une composition de verre contenant, en % en moles, 55 à 80 % de SiO2, 10 à 25 % d'Al2O3, 0 à 4 % de B2O3, 0 à 30 % de MgO, 0 à 25 % de CaO, 0 à 15 % de SrO, 0 à 15 % de BaO et 0 à 5 % de ZnO, et contenant aussi du Y2O3 et du La2O3 en une quantité totale de 0 % ou plus et inférieure à 1,0 %, ne contenant pratiquement aucun oxyde de métal alcalin, et présentant une température inférieure de recuit de 750 °C ou plus.

本発明の無アルカリガラス板は、ガラス組成として、モル%で、SiO 55~80%、Al 10~25%、B 0~4%、MgO 0~30%、CaO 0~25%、SrO 0~15%、BaO 0~15%、ZnO 0~5%、Y+La 0~1.0%未満を含有し、実質的にアルカリ金属酸化物を含有せず、歪点が750℃以上であることを特徴とする。
