In one embodiment of the present invention, a solid-state battery is provided. Said solid-state battery is characterized by: having a solid-state battery stack provided with, along a stacking direction, at least one battery unit comprising positive electrode layers, negative electrode layers, and solid electrolyte layers interposed between the positive electrode layers and/or the negative electrode layers; comprising an overlap section in which the positive electrode layers and negative electrode layers overlap each other in the stacking direction, and a non-overlap section in which the positive electrode layers and negative electrode layers do not overlap each other; and having a recess provided in at least one main surface that is normal to the stacking direction, the recess being positioned so as to overlap the overlap section, and a step resulting from the recess being positioned in the non-overlap section.

Dans un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, une batterie à semi-conducteur est fournie. Ladite batterie à semi-conducteur est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un empilement de batteries à semi-conducteur comprenant, le long d'une direction d'empilement, au moins une unité de batterie comprenant des couches d'électrode positive, des couches d'électrode négative, et des couches d'électrolyte solide interposées entre les couches d'électrode positive et/ou les couches d'électrode négative ; comprenant une section de chevauchement dans laquelle les couches d'électrode positive et les couches d'électrode négative se chevauchent dans la direction d'empilement, et une section de non chevauchement dans laquelle les couches d'électrode positive et les couches d'électrode négative ne se chevauchent pas l'une l'autre ; et ayant un évidement ménagé dans au moins une surface principale qui est perpendiculaire à la direction d'empilement, l'évidement étant positionné de manière à chevaucher la section de chevauchement, et une étape résultant de l'évidement étant positionnée dans la section de non chevauchement.

本発明の一実施形態では、固体電池が提供される。当該固体電池は、正極層、負極層、ならびに該正極層および/または該負極層の間に介在する固体電解質層を備える電池構成単位を積層方向に沿って少なくとも1つ備える固体電池積層体を有して成り、積層方向における正極層と負極層とが互いにオーバーラップする重なり部および正極層と負極層とが互いにオーバーラップしない非重なり部から成り、積層方向に法線を有する少なくとも1つの主面に凹みが設けられ、かかる凹みが重なり部にオーバーラップするように位置付けられていると共に、凹みに起因した段差が前記非重なり部に位置付けられていることを特徴とする。
