A modified conjugated diene polymer having an absolute molecular weight of 40×104 to 5000×104 as measured by GPC with a viscometer/light scattering analysis, a degree of branching (Bn) of 8 or greater as measured by the aforementioned GPC with a viscometer/light scattering analysis, and a modification rate of at least 60% by mass.

La présente invention concerne un polymère de diènes conjugués modifiés ayant une masse moléculaire absolue de 40×104 à 5000×104 telle que mesurée par chromatographie par perméation de gel avec un viscosimètre/analyse par diffusion de lumière, un degré de ramification (Bn) supérieur ou égal à 8 tel que mesuré par chromatographie par perméation de gel précitée avec un viscosimètre/analyse par diffusion de lumière, et un taux de modification d'au moins 60 % en masse.
