The present invention is provided with: a leading-end hard member (11k); an image pickup element (31) provided on the leading-end side of a hole (11h); a light irradiation device (20) which has a light irradiation part (21) and which is provided, in the hole (11h), apart from the image pickup element (31) by a prescribed interval (M) on the base-end side; and a light guiding member (50) which has a light incident part (51) disposed opposite to the light irradiation part (21), a light emitting part (52), and a light guiding part (53) provided to a lateral side of the image pickup element (31) in the radial direction (K).
