An automatically controlled hydraulic fracturing pump system includes a hydraulic cylinder (120) controlled via a hydraulic circuit; a sensor (130) in communication with the hydraulic circuit; and a control module (170) in data communication with the sensor (130). The control module (170) has a memory (176) storing computer- readable instructions, and a processor (174) configured to execute said instructions to: (a) determine, via the sensor, an attribute about the hydraulic cylinder; (b) determine an attribute about the hydraulic fracturing pump system; (c) determine a value for correcting movement of the hydraulic cylinder; and (d) send a signal to the hydraulic circuit to adjust movement of the hydraulic cylinder.

L'invention concerne un système de pompe de fracturation hydraulique à commande automatique incluant un cylindre hydraulique (120) commandé par l'intermédiaire d'un circuit hydraulique ; un capteur (130) en communication avec le circuit hydraulique ; et un module de commande (170) en communication de données avec le capteur (130). Le module de commande (170) présente une mémoire (176) destinée à stocker des instructions lisibles par ordinateur et un processeur (174) configuré pour exécuter lesdites instructions pour : (a) déterminer, par l'intermédiaire du capteur, un attribut concernant le cylindre hydraulique ; (b) déterminer un attribut concernant le système de pompe de fracturation hydraulique ; (c) déterminer une valeur permettant de corriger un mouvement du cylindre hydraulique ; et (d) envoyer un signal au circuit hydraulique pour régler le mouvement du cylindre hydraulique.
