Theinvention relates to Polymerisable Binders, and Insensitive Munition (IM) energetic materials particularly to non-phthalate IM propellant compositions which are printed by a UV curing additive layer manufacture process. invention there is provided an additive layer deposable energetic composition suitable for use as a propellantcomprisingthe following components in the following relative proportions: component A; from 60% to 95% by weight of a highly energeticfiller comprising at least one nitramine compound; and component B: from 5% to 20% by weight of a binder, wherein the binder contains component D a UV curable binder in the range of from 3% to 12% by total weight of the formulation, at least one UV photoinitiator, component C: from 1% to 15% of a plasticiser, the percentages by weight of components A, B, D and C, togetherwith minor additives, if any, adding to 100%.

L'invention concerne des liants polymérisables et des matières énergétiques pour munitions à risques atténués (MURAT), en particulier des compositions de charge propulsive pour MURAT non phtalate imprimées par un procédé de fabrication de couche d'additif à durcissement aux UV. L'invention concerne une composition énergétique pouvant être déposée sur une couche d'additif appropriée pour être utilisée en tant que charge propulsive comprenant les composants suivants dans les proportions relatives suivantes : composant A ; de 60 % à 95 % en poids d'une charge hautement énergétique comprenant au moins un composé nitramine ; et un composant B : de 5 % à 20 % en poids d'un liant, le liant contenant un composant D, un liant durcissable aux UV dans la plage de 3 % à 12 % en poids total de la formulation, au moins un photoinitiateur UV, un composant C : de 1 % à 15 % d'un plastifiant, les pourcentages en poids des composants A, B, D et C, ainsi que les éventuels additifs mineurs, s’ajoutant à 100%.
