Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for determining concentration of phosphate in a sample method comprises mixing the sample with a lanthanide (lll) chelate or with lanthanide(III) ion and a chelation agent; allowing the phosphate in the sample to interact with the lanthanide (lll) chelate; or with the lanthanide (III) ion and the chelation agent; exciting the sample and detecting a sample signal deriving from the sample by using time-resolved luminescence measurement; and determining the concentration of the phosphate in the sample.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de détermination de la concentration de phosphate dans un échantillon, le procédé consistant à mélanger l'échantillon avec un chélate de lanthanide (lll) ou avec un ion lanthanide (III) et un agent de chélation ; à laisser le phosphate présent dans l'échantillon interagir avec le chélate de lanthanide (lll)) ; ou avec l'ion lanthanide (III) et l'agent de chélation ; à exciter l'échantillon et détecter un signal d'échantillon provenant de l'échantillon à l'aide d'une mesure de luminescence à résolution temporelle ; et à déterminer la concentration du phosphate dans l'échantillon.
