A lithotripsy device (1) with a therapy head (2) for emitting a shockwave onto a target object (s) comprising a shockwave source; and a x-ray device (3) for capturing the target object (s), comprising an x-ray source (3a), an x-ray receiver (3b), and an image processor (3c) for processing x-ray images from the x-ray receiver (3b), characterized in that the image processor (3c) is configured to combine a first x-ray image (11) exposed at a first x-ray energy with a second x-ray image (12) exposed at a second x-ray energy, different from the first x-ray energy, by means of at least one weighting factor into a third x-ray image (13) in order to increase a contrast of the target object (s) in the third x-ray image (13) with respect to a surrounding region (t).

L'invention concerne dispositif de lithotritie (1) comportant une tête thérapeutique (2) pour émettre une onde de choc sur un ou plusieurs objets cibles comprenant une source d'onde de choc ; et un dispositif à rayons X (3) pour capturer l'objet cible ou les objets cibles, comprenant une source de rayons X (3a), un récepteur de rayons X (3b), et un processeur d'image (3c) pour traiter des images radiographiques provenant du récepteur de rayons X (3b), caractérisé en ce que le processeur d'image (3c) est configuré pour combiner une première image radiographique (11) exposée à une première énergie de rayons X avec une deuxième image radiographique (12) exposée à une seconde énergie de rayons X, différente de la première énergie de rayons X, au moyen d'au moins un facteur de pondération pour former une troisième image radiographique (13) afin d'augmenter le contraste de l'objet cible ou des objets cibles dans la troisième image radiographique (13) par rapport à une zone environnante (t).
