Abstract

A method includes receiving, at a terminal device, from at least one network device, positioning assistance information based on a predetermined resource configuration framework for positioning reference signals in a beamforming operation. The method also includes receiving a request for at least one measurement from the at least one network device, and determining the at least one measurement based on the predetermined resource configuration framework. The method further includes reporting, in response to the request, the at least one measurement based on the predetermined resource configuration framework.

Un procédé selon la présente invention consiste à recevoir, au niveau d'un dispositif terminal, en provenance d'au moins un dispositif de réseau, des informations d'assistance de positionnement sur la base d'une structure de configuration de ressource prédéterminée servant à positionner des signaux de référence dans une opération de formation de faisceau. Le procédé consiste également à recevoir une demande pour au moins une mesure provenant du ou des dispositifs de réseau, et à déterminer ladite mesure sur la base de la structure de configuration de ressources prédéterminée. Le procédé consiste en outre à rapporter, en réponse à la demande, ladite mesure sur la base de la structure de configuration de ressources prédéterminée.
