Die Erfindung betrifft ein Dosiersystem (1) für einen Dosierstoff mit einer Düse(40), einem Zuführkanal (44) für Dosierstoff, einem Ausstoßelement (31), einer mit dem Ausstoßele- ment (31) und/oder der Düse (40) gekoppelten Aktoreinheit (10) mit einem Piezoaktor (60) und einer Kühleinrichtung(2). Die Kühleinrichtung (2) umfasst eine Zuführeinrichtung (21, 24, 26) zum Zuführen eines vorgekühlten Kühlmediums in ein Gehäuse (11) des Dosier- systems (1). Die Kühleinrichtung (2) ist zur direkten Kühlung zumindest eines Teilbereichs des Piezoaktors (60) und/oder zumindest eines Teilbereichseines mit dem Piezoaktor (60) gekoppelten Bewegungsmechanismus (14) mittels des vorgekühlten Kühlmediums ausgebildet.

The invention relates to a dosing system (1) for a dosing material, comprising a nozzle (40), a feed channel (44), a discharge element (31), an actuator unit (10) coupled to the discharge element (31) and/or the nozzle (40) and comprising a piezo actuator (60) and a cooling device (2). The cooling device (2) comprises a supply device (21, 24, 26) for feeding a precooled cooling medium into a housing (11) of the dosing system (1). The cooling device (2) is designed to directly cool at least one partial area of the piezoactuator (60) and/or at least a subregion of a movement mechanism (14) coupled to the piezoactuator (60) by means of the precooled cooling medium.

L’invention concerne un système de dosage (1) pour une matière à doser, lequel comprend une buse (40), un canal d’alimentation (44) en matière à doser, un élément d’éjection (31), un bloc actionneur (10) accouplé à l’élément d'éjection (31) et/ou à la buse (40) et comprenant un actionneur piézoélectrique (60), ainsi qu’un dispositif de refroidissement (2). Le dispositif de refroidissement (2) comprend un dispositif d'alimentation (21, 24, 26) destiné à amener un fluide de refroidissement prérefroidi dans un boîtier (11) du système de dosage (1).
