The present invention relates to multi-slice, multi-service-instance communication services, particularly to multi-slice, multi-service-instance assurance for Service level Agreement (SLA) and Quality of Service (QoS) requirement fulfilment. The invention presents a device for managing a service related to at least two network slices and to a corresponding method. The device is configured to obtain management data for the service from at least one of the slices, in particular one or more of the following: performance management (PM) data for the service, fault management (FM) data for the service, analytics data about the service. The device is further configured to evaluate at least one assurance indicator of the service based on the management data. Finally, the device is also configured to generate further management data, in particular configuration management (CM) data for modification of the service and/or at least one of the slices, according to the evaluation result.

La présente invention concerne les services de communication multi tranches et multi services, en particulier l'assurance multi tranches et multi services pour le respect des exigences de l'accord sur les niveaux de service (SLA) et de la qualité de service (QoS). L'invention présente un dispositif de gestion d'un service lié à au moins deux tranches de réseau et un procédé correspondant. Le dispositif est configuré pour obtenir des données de gestion pour le service à partir d'au moins une des tranches, en particulier un ou plusieurs des éléments suivants : une gestion de performance (PM) des données pour le service, des données de gestion de défaut (FM) pour le service, des données d'analyse concernant le service. Le dispositif est en outre configuré pour évaluer au moins un indicateur d'assurance du service sur la base des données de gestion. Enfin, le dispositif est également configuré pour générer d'autres données de gestion, en particulier des données de gestion de configuration (CM) pour la modification du service et/ou d'au moins une des tranches, en fonction du résultat d'évaluation.
