Zur Herstellung von Polymeren, in welchen Füllstoffe mit Partikelgrößen kleiner 10 μm eingearbeitet und homogen verteilt sind, wird ein Polymer-Eingangsmaterial in einen Doppelschneckenextruder (1) eingegeben und dort zu einer Schmelze aufgeschmolzen. In einer Förder- und Mischstrecke (4) wird eine Suspension, die aus den Füllstoffen und einer Trägerflüssigkeit besteht, in die Schmelze injiziert. Dabei wird die Schmelzeviskosität durch Einspritzen der Trägerflüssigkeit in der Förder- und Mischstrecke (4) erniedrigt, indem als Polymer ein spaltbares Polykondensat und als Trägerflüssigkeit das bei der Polykondensation anfallende niedermolekulare Abspaltprodukt verwendet werden, so dass das aufgeschmolzene Polymer innerhalb der Förder- und Mischstrecke (4) wenigstens teilweise depolymerisiert wird. Die Mischung aus der durch Aufspaltung in ihrer Viskosität reduzierten Schmelze, der restlichen Trägerflüssigkeit und den Füllstoffen wird homogenisiert. Abschließend wird die Viskosität der Schmelze wieder erhöht. In einem Entgasungsextruder (2) wird zur Viskositätserhöhung eine Polykondensation durchgeführt, indem ein Vakuum angelegt und das Abspaltprodukt mittels des Vakuums aus dem Entgasungsextruder (2) abgeschieden wird.

The aim of the invention is to produce polymers in which fillers having particles sizes of less than 10 μm are incorporated and homogeneously distributed. This aim is achieved, according to the invention, in that a polymer starting material is introduced into a twin-screw extruder (1) and is melted there to form a melt. In a conveying and mixing section (4), a suspension, consisting of the fillers and a carrier liquid, is injected into the melt. The melt viscosity is reduced by injection of the carrier liquid in the conveying and mixing section (4) in that a cleavable condensation polymer is used as the polymer and a low-molecular-weight cleavage product produced in the polycondensation process is used as the carrier liquid, such that the melted polymer is at least partially depolymerized within the conveying and mixing section (4). The mixture of the melt, the viscosity of which has been reduced by cleavage, the remaining carrier liquid and the fillers is homogenized. Finally the viscosity of the melt is increased again. In a degassing extruder (2), a polycondensation is carried out in order to increase viscosity, by applying a vacuum and removing the cleavage product from the degassing extruder (2) by means of the vacuum.

L'objet de l'invention est la fabrication de polymères dans lesquels des charges présentant des tailles de particules inférieures à 10 μm sont incorporées et réparties de manière homogène. À cet effet, un matériau de départ polymère est introduit dans une extrudeuse bi-vis (1) et y est fondu en une matière fondue. Dans un trajet de transport et de mélange (4), une suspension, qui est constituée des charges et d'un liquide porteur, est injectée dans la matière fondue. La viscosité de la matière fondue est diminuée par injection du liquide porteur dans le trajet de transport et de mélange (4), du fait qu'un polycondensat séparable est utilisé comme polymère et que le produit de la séparation de bas poids moléculaire résultant de la polycondensation est utilisé comme liquide porteur, de sorte que le polymère fondu est dépolymérisé au moins en partie à l'intérieur du parcours de transport et de mélange (4). Le mélange, constitué de la matière fondue à viscosité réduite à la suite de la division, du liquide de transport résiduel et des charges, est homogénéisé. Pour finir, la viscosité de la matière fondue est à nouveau augmentée. Pour augmenter la viscosité, une polycondensation est réalisée dans une extrudeuse-dégazeuse (2), du fait qu'un vide est appliqué et que le produit de la séparation est détaché de l'extrudeuse-dégazeuse (2) au moyen du vide.
