The offset is expressed by a starting point, a motion magnitude, or a motion direction.

L'invention concerne la génération d'une liste de candidats de fusion affine en fonction de vecteurs de mouvement associés à un ensemble de blocs voisins d'un bloc en cours, la liste de candidats de fusion affine comprenant une pluralité de nouveaux candidats et une pluralité d'anciens candidats, et l'obtention d'un nouveau candidat d'un bloc en cours à l'aide d'un ancien candidat dans la liste de candidats de fusion affine et d'un décalage. Le décalage est exprimé par un point de départ, une amplitude de mouvement ou une direction de mouvement.
