Systems and methods for managing a sample preparation and analysis system based on detected unique sample identities and locations is described. A method embodiment includes, but is not limited to, storing on a sample analysis information system a sample type and a sample type protocol for execution by a sample preparation system via a sample data manager; storing on the sample analysis information system an association between a unique identifier positioned on a sample container and the sample type with a sample logging manager; identifying the unique identifier at the sample preparation system with an identifier capture device of the sample preparation system; accessing from the sample analysis information system the sample type protocol based on the sample type associated with the unique identifier; and queuing a sampling procedure to execute the sample type protocol based on a sample order assigned to the sample type via the sample data manager.

L'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés de gestion d'un système de préparation et d'analyse d'échantillon en fonction d'identités et d'emplacements d'échantillons uniques détectés. Un mode de réalisation de procédé comprend notamment mais non exclusivement la mémorisation sur un système d'informations d'analyse d'échantillon d'un type d'échantillon et d'un protocole de type d'échantillon destinée à une exécution par un système de préparation d'échantillon par l'intermédiaire d'un gestionnaire de données d'échantillon ; la mémorisation sur le système d'informations d'analyse d'échantillon d'une association entre un identifiant unique positionné sur un récipient d'échantillon et le type d'échantillon à l'aide d'un gestionnaire de journalisation d'échantillon ; l'identification de l'identifiant unique au niveau du système de préparation d'échantillon à l'aide d'un dispositif de capture d'identifiant du système de préparation d'échantillon ; l'accès à partir du système d'informations d'analyse d'échantillon au protocole de type d'échantillon en fonction du type d'échantillon associé à l'identifiant unique ; et la mise en file d'attente d'une procédure d'échantillonnage afin d'exécuter le protocole de type d'échantillon en fonction d'un ordre d'échantillon attribué au type d'échantillon par l'intermédiaire du gestionnaire de données d'échantillon.
