A production system and method of using the same for forming filtration tubes. The system includes: a six-axis robotic arm that moves tubes between sub-systems. The arm moves an unprocessed tube from an input-output subsystem, to an inspection system, a laser cutting system, and optional post-processing system. The inspection may include a laser and/or camera that scans a surface of a tube to determine abnormalities, defects, and/or quality issues. The laser cutting system cuts pores, holes, or slots into and through a wall of the tube, that passes inspection, to form a filtration tube used to filter solids from fluids. The post-processing system may post-process and/or clean the tube after cutting. If the tube fails inspection, it is moved to a reject bin or tray. The arm moves completed filtration tubes to a finished tube bin or tray.

L'invention concerne un système de production et un procédé d'utilisation de celui-ci pour former des tubes de filtration. Le système comprend : un bras robotique à six axes qui déplace des tubes entre des sous-systèmes. Le bras déplace un tube non traité à partir d'un sous-système d'entrée-sortie, vers un système d'inspection, un système de découpe au laser, et un système de post-traitement facultatif. L'inspection peut comprendre un laser et/ou une caméra qui balaye une surface d'un tube pour déterminer des anomalies, des défauts et/ou des problèmes de qualité. Le système de découpe au laser coupe les pores, les trous ou les fentes dans et à travers une paroi du tube, qui passe l'inspection, pour former un tube de filtration utilisé pour filtrer des solides à partir de fluides. Le système de post-traitement peut post-traiter et/ou nettoyer le tube après découpe. Si le tube échoue à l'inspection, il est déplacé vers un bac ou un plateau de rejet. Le bras déplace les tubes de filtration complétés vers un bac ou un plateau de tube fini.
