Abstract

A system for detecting and extracting a ground surface condition from an image comprising a memory and a processor in communication with the memory. The processor performs a high resolution scan of at least one input image and generates an orthomosaic model and a digital surface model based on the performed high resolution scan. The processor generates an image tile based on the generated models and determines a label indicative of a probability of a presence of a ground surface condition for each pixel of the generated image tile via a computer vision model. The processor generates a label tensor for the at least one input image based on the determined labels and extracts a two- dimensional geospatial representation of a detected ground surface condition based on the generated label tensor. The processor generates a report indicative of damage associated with the detected ground surface condition based on the extracted two-dimensional geospatial representation.

La présente invention concerne un système de détection et d'extraction d'un état de surface de sol à partir d'une image comprenant une mémoire et un processeur en communication avec la mémoire. Le processeur effectue un balayage à haute résolution d'au moins une image d'entrée et génère un modèle orthomosaïque et un modèle de surface numérique sur la base du balayage à haute résolution effectué. Le processeur génère un pavé d'image sur la base des modèles générés et détermine une étiquette indiquant une probabilité d'une présence d'un état de surface de sol pour chaque pixel du pavé d'image généré par l'intermédiaire d'un modèle de vision par ordinateur. Le processeur génère un tenseur d'étiquette pour la ou les images d'entrée sur la base des étiquettes déterminées et extrait une représentation géospatiale bidimensionnelle d'un état de surface de sol détecté sur la base du tenseur d'étiquette généré. Le processeur génère un rapport indiquant des dommages associés à l'état de surface de sol détecté sur la base de la représentation géospatiale bidimensionnelle extraite.
