A platform to perform normalization and correction on gene expression datasets and combines different datasets into a standard dataset using a framework configured to continuously incorporate new gene expression data. The framework determines a series of conversion factors that are used to on-board new gene expression datasets, such as unpaired datasets, where these conversion factors are able to correct for variations in data type, variations in gene expressions, and variations in collection systems.

La présente invention concerne une plateforme pour effectuer une normalisation et une correction sur des ensembles de données d'expression génique et combiner différents ensembles de données en un ensemble de données standard à l'aide d'un cadre applicatif configuré pour incorporer en continu de nouvelles données d'expression génique. Le cadre applicatif détermine une série de facteurs de conversion qui sont utilisés pour incorporer de nouveaux ensembles de données d'expression génique, tels que des ensembles de données non appariés, ces facteurs de conversion pouvant corriger des variations de types de données, des variations d'expressions géniques et des variations de systèmes de collecte.
