Abstract

A process using a dealkylated aromatic liquid improves a heavy hydrocarbon liquid used for supporting molybdenum carbonized catalyst. Dealkylated aromatic liquid can be derived from heavy hydrocarbon materials that have been subjected to cracking, such as fluid catalytic cracking or slurry hydrocracking. The heavy hydrocarbon liquid can comprise a portion of resid SHC feed and a portion of a gas oil stream from SHC effluent.

L'invention concerne un procédé utilisant un liquide aromatique désalkylé, améliorant un liquide hydrocarboné lourd utilisé pour le support d'un catalyseur carbonisé au molybdène. Le liquide aromatique désalkylé peut être dérivé de matières hydrocarbonées lourdes qui ont été soumises à un craquage, tel qu'un craquage catalytique à lit fluidisé ou un hydrocraquage de boues (SHC). Le liquide hydrocarboné lourd peut comprendre une partie de charge de SHC résiduelle et une partie d'un courant de gasoil provenant d'un effluent de SHC.
