Abstract

A trailer control valve comprises a valve electronic control port (120) adapted to receive an electronic control signal; a valve pneumatic supply port (112) unrestrictedly fluidly communicating with a first supply of a pneumatic fluid; a valve pneumatic control port (116) normally proportionally fluidly communicating with a second supply of the pneumatic fluid based on a pressure representing a driver brake demand, the first supply of the pneumatic fluid being in an independent pneumatic circuit from the second supply of the pneumatic fluid; and a valve delivery port (114) selectively fluidly communicating with at least one of the valve pneumatic supply port and the valve pneumatic control port based on the electronic control signal, the pressure representing the driver brake demand and a pressure of the first supply of the pneumatic fluid. A first pneumatic check valve (162) includes a first check valve supply port (164) fluidly communicating with the first supply of the pneumatic fluid; and a first check valve delivery port (166) fluidly communicating with the relay valve pneumatic supply port (154). The first pneumatic check valve controls the fluid communication of the first supply of the pneumatic fluid with the relay valve pneumatic supply port based on the pressure of the first supply of the pneumatic fluid at the valve pneumatic supply port.

L'invention concerne une soupape de commande de remorque comprenant un orifice de commande électronique de soupape (120) conçu pour recevoir un signal de commande électronique ; un orifice d'alimentation pneumatique de soupape (112) communiquant fluidiquement de manière non restrictive avec une première alimentation d'un fluide pneumatique ; un orifice de commande pneumatique de soupape (116) communiquant normalement de manière fluidique et proportionnelle avec une seconde alimentation du fluide pneumatique sur la base d'une pression représentant une demande de frein de conducteur, la première alimentation du fluide pneumatique étant dans un circuit pneumatique indépendant de la seconde alimentation du fluide pneumatique ; et un orifice de distribution de soupape (114) en communication fluidique sélective avec au moins l'un parmi l'orifice d'alimentation pneumatique de soupape et l'orifice de commande pneumatique de soupape sur la base du signal de commande électronique, la pression représentant la demande de frein de conducteur et une pression de la première alimentation du fluide pneumatique. Un premier clapet de non-retour pneumatique (162) comprend un premier orifice d'alimentation de clapet de non-retour (164) en communication fluidique avec la première alimentation du fluide pneumatique ; et un premier orifice de distribution de clapet de non-retour (166) en communication fluidique avec l'orifice d'alimentation pneumatique de soupape de relais (154). Le premier clapet de non-retour pneumatique commande la communication fluidique de la première alimentation du fluide pneumatique avec l'orifice d'alimentation pneumatique de soupape de relais sur la base de la pression de la première alimentation du fluide pneumatique au niveau de l'orifice d'alimentation pneumatique de soupape.
