A method of mass-producing one-way luminescent projectiles includes providing projectiles each including a body having a nose and a trailing end including a perimeter edge and a rear surface, and that is symmetrical about an axis that extends centrally through the body from the nose to the rear surface, securing the projectiles in a nose down, trailing end up orientation leaving the rear surfaces exposed, depositing a quantity of a hardenable photoluminescent material centrally on each rear surface, the quantities being identical and hardening over a period of time, and maintaining the projectiles in the nose down, trailing end up orientation during the period of time such that each quantity of photoluminescent material forms an identical solid photoluminescent body adhered to the respective rear surface, that is concentric with, and extends outwardly no further than, the perimeter edge, and radially symmetrical relative to the axis.

Un procédé de production de masse de projectiles luminescents unidirectionnels comprend la fourniture de projectiles comprenant chacun un corps ayant un nez et une extrémité arrière comprenant un bord périphérique et une surface arrière, et qui est symétrique autour d'un axe qui s'étend de manière centrale à travers le corps depuis le nez jusqu'à la surface arrière, la fixation des projectiles suivant une orientation nez vers le bas/extrémité arrière vers le haut laissant les surfaces arrière exposées, le dépôt d'une quantité d'un matériau photoluminescent durcissable au centre sur chaque surface arrière, les quantités étant identiques et durcies sur une certaine période, et le maintien des projectiles suivant l'orientation nez vers le bas/extrémité arrière vers le haut pendant la période de telle sorte que chaque quantité de matériau photoluminescent forme un corps photoluminescent solide identique adhérant à la surface arrière respective, qui est concentrique avec le bord périphérique et qui ne s'étend pas vers l'extérieur au-delà du bord périphérique, et est radialement symétrique par rapport à l'axe.
