A method for wireless communication by using dual frequency asymmetric time division duplex (TDD) includes transmitting first downlink data by a radio base station during a first time division duplex (TDD) downlink time period on a first frequency band and receiving first uplink data by the radio base station during a first time division duplex (TDD) uplink time period on the first frequency band, wherein the first TDD downlink time period is greater than the first TDD uplink time period. The method further includes transmitting second downlink data by the radio base station during a second TDD downlink time period on a second frequency band and receiving second uplink data by the radio base station during a second TDD uplink time period on the second frequency band, wherein the second TDD downlink time period is smaller than the second TDD uplink time period.

Selon l’invention, un procédé pour des communications sans fil en utilisant un duplexage par répartition dans le temps (TDD) asymétrique à double fréquence comprend la transmission de premières données de liaison descendante par une station de base radio durant une première période de temps de liaison descendante de duplexage par répartition dans le temps (TDD) sur une première bande de fréquences et la réception de premières données de liaison montante par la station de base radio durant une première période de temps de liaison montante de duplexage par répartition dans le temps (TDD) sur la première bande de fréquences, la première période de temps de liaison descendante de TDD étant plus grande que la première période de temps de liaison montante de TDD. Le procédé comprend en outre la transmission de secondes données de liaison descendante par la station de base radio durant une seconde période de temps de liaison descendante de TDD sur une seconde bande de fréquences et la réception de secondes données de liaison montante par la station de base radio durant une seconde période de temps de liaison montante de TDD sur la seconde bande de fréquences, la seconde période de temps de liaison descendante de TDD étant plus petite que la seconde période de temps de liaison montante de TDD.
