Examples include a fluidic die. The fluidic die comprises an array of field effect transistors including field effect transistors of a first size and field effect transistors of a second size. At least one connecting member interconnects at least some of the field effect transistors of the array of field effect transistors. The fluidic die further comprises a first fluid actuator connected to a first set of field effect transistors having at least one field effect transistor of the first size. The die includes a second fluid actuator connected to a second respective set of field effect transistors having a first respective field effect transistor of the second size interconnected to at least one other field effect transistor of the array.

La présente invention concerne, dans des exemples, une puce fluidique. La puce fluidique comprend un réseau de transistors à effet de champ comprenant des transistors à effet de champ d'une première taille et des transistors à effet de champ d'une seconde taille. Au moins un élément de connexion interconnecte au moins certains des transistors à effet de champ du réseau de transistors à effet de champ. La puce fluidique comprend en outre un premier actionneur de fluide connecté à un premier ensemble de transistors à effet de champ ayant au moins un transistor à effet de champ de la première taille. La puce comprend un second actionneur de fluide connecté à un second ensemble respectif de transistors à effet de champ ayant un premier transistor à effet de champ respectif de la seconde taille interconnecté à au moins un autre transistor à effet de champ du réseau.
