Abstract

A method and a control unit for determining and handling a varying load being applied to a component are presented. the method includes: - determining a signal Sload representing the varying load; - determining extreme values Sextr_1, Sextr_2, …,Sextr_k for the varying load signal Sload; - storing the extreme values Sextr_1, Sextr_2,...,Sextr_k in a buffer memory; - determining that at least one closed cycle is included in the varying load signal S load, the determining of each included closed cycle being based on three consecutive extreme values Sextr_k-2, Sextr_k-1, Sextr_k stored in the buffer memory; - determining at least one cycle representing value Scycle_1, Scycle_2, …, Scycle_n related to the at least one determined closed cycle, respectively; - storing the determined at least one cycle representing value Scycle_1, Scycle_2, …,Scycle_n in at least one closed cycle data memory; - deleting at least one of the three consecutive extreme values Sextr_k-2, Sextr_k-1, Sextr_k of each determined closed cycle from the buffer memory; and - performing at least one action based on at least one cycle representing value Scycle_1, Scycle_2, …, Scycle_n stored in the at least one closed cycle data memory.

La présente invention concerne un procédé et une unité de commande permettant de déterminer et de gérer une charge variable appliquée à un composant. Le procédé comprend : -la détermination d'un signal Scharge représentant la charge variable; -la détermination de valeurs extrêmes Sextr_1, Sextr_2, …,Sextr_k pour le signal de charge variable Scharge; -le stockage des valeurs extrêmes Sextr_1, Sextr_2,...,Sextr_k dans une mémoire tampon; -la détermination qu'au moins un cycle fermé est inclus dans le signal de charge variable S charge, la détermination de chaque cycle fermé inclus étant basée sur trois valeurs extrêmes consécutives Sextr_k-2, Sextr_k-1, Sextr_k stockées dans la mémoire tampon; -la détermination d'au moins une valeur représentant un cycle Scycle_1, Scycle_2, …, Scycle_n associée au(x) cycle(s) fermé(s) déterminé(s), respectivement; -le stockage de la ou des valeurs représentant un cycle déterminées Scycle_1, Scycle_2, …,Scycle_n dans au moins une mémoire de données de cycle fermé ; -la suppression d'au moins l'une des trois valeurs extrêmes consécutives Sextr_k-2, Sextr_k-1, Sextr_k de chaque cycle fermé déterminé à partir de la mémoire tampon; et -la mise en oeuvre d'au moins une action sur la base d'au moins une valeur représentant un cycle Scycle_1, Scycle_2, …, Scycle_n stockée dans la ou les mémoires de données de cycle fermé.
