Systems and methods are disclosed herein for mapping Synchronization Signal Blocks (SSBs) to transmit beam directions taking into account remote interference. In this regard, embodiments of a method performed by a base station in a cellular communications network are disclosed. In some embodiments, a method performed by a base station in a cellular communications network comprises determining a beam direction to SSB index mapping, taking into consideration remote interference. The method further comprises using the beam direction to SSB index mapping. Because the SSBs have corresponding Physical Random Access Channel (PRACH) occasions, determining the beam direction to SSB index mapping taking into account remote interference improves PRACH preamble robustness.

L'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés permettant de mapper des blocs de signaux de synchronisation (SSB) pour transmettre des directions de faisceau avec prise en compte d'une interférence à distance. À cet égard, la présente invention décrit des modes de réalisation d'un procédé réalisé par une station de base dans un réseau cellulaire de communications. Dans certains modes de réalisation, un procédé mis en œuvre par une station de base dans un réseau cellulaire de communications comprend la détermination d'une direction de faisceau vis-à-vis d'un mappage d'indices de SSB, prenant en considération une interférence à distance. Le procédé comprend en outre l'utilisation de la direction de faisceau vis-à-vis d'un mappage d'indices de SSB. Comme les SSB ont des occasions correspondantes de canal physique d'accès aléatoire (PRACH), la détermination de la direction de faisceau vis-à-vis d'un mappage d'indices de SSB avec prise en compte d'une interférence à distance améliore la robustesse de préambule de PRACH.
