A solar cell according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first photoelectric conversion part including a photoelectric conversion layer containing a perovskite compound; and an electrode connected to the first photoelectric conversion part and including a metal electrode layer. The metal electrode layer may be formed through a low temperature process. As an example, the metal electrode layer may include: a first conductive layer including a metal and a resin; and a second conductive layer formed at least on the first conductive layer and having a greater density than the first conductive layer.

Une cellule solaire selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend : une première partie de conversion photoélectrique comprenant une couche de conversion photoélectrique contenant un composé de pérovskite ; et une électrode connectée à la première partie de conversion photoélectrique et comprenant une couche d'électrode métallique. La couche d'électrode métallique peut être formée au moyen d'un procédé à basse température. Par exemple, la couche d'électrode métallique peut comprendre : une première couche conductrice comprenant un métal et une résine ; et une seconde couche conductrice formée au moins sur la première couche conductrice et ayant une densité supérieure à celle de la première couche conductrice.
