A separation membrane according to the present invention comprises a porous polymer substrate and an inorganic coating layer formed on at least one surface of the porous polymer substrate. The inorganic coating layer comprises inorganic particles and a binder resin, and the binder resin comprises a first binder resin comprising a PVdF-based polymer, and a second binder resin comprising an acrylic polymer having an acid value of 1 or less. In addition, according to one embodiment of the present invention, an inorganic coating layer has a high binder resin amount at the surface layer part thereof, and thus the adhesive strength between a separation membrane and an electrode is excellent.

La présente invention se rapporte à une membrane de séparation comprenant un substrat de polymère poreux et une couche de revêtement inorganique formée sur au moins une surface du substrat de polymère poreux. La couche de revêtement inorganique comprend des particules inorganiques et une résine liante, et la résine liante comprend une première résine liante comprenant un polymère à base de PVdF, et une seconde résine liante comprenant un polymère acrylique ayant une valeur acide inférieure ou égale à 1. De plus, selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, une couche de revêtement inorganique a une quantité de résine liante élevée au niveau de sa partie de couche de surface, et ainsi la résistance d'adhésion entre une membrane de séparation et une électrode est excellente.

본 발명에 따른 분리막은 다공성 고분자 기재 및 상기 다공성 고분자 기재의 적어도 일측 표면상에 형성된 무기 코팅층을 포함한다. 상기 무기 코팅층은 무기물 입자 및 바인더 수지를 포함하고 상기 바인더 수지는 PVdF계 고분자를 포함하는 제1 바인더 수지 및 산가가 1 이하인 아크릴계 고분자를 포함하는 제2 바인더 수지를 포함한다. 또한, 본 발명의 일 실시양태에 있어서, 상기 무기 코팅층은 표층부에 바인더 수지의 함량이 높아 분리막과 전극의 접착력이 우수하다.
