According to the present invention, a polyimide precursor solution is produced by reacting tetracarboxylic acid anhydride with diamine at a molar ratio of 1:0.93 to 1:0.99. The polyimide precursor solution contains a polyimide precursor having a number average molecular weight of at least 38,000 g/mol and can thus produce a polyimide film having high heat resistance. A polyimide precursor solution having improved storage stability can be provided by quantifying the defoaming properties of the solution and controlling the content of bubbles. Moreover, a polyimide film produced therefrom has a reduced amount of bubbles in the film, and can thus suppress the formation of cracks that can form in an inorganic layer when forming a device.

Selon la présente invention, une solution de précurseur de polyimide est produite en faisant réagir un anhydride d'acide tétracarboxylique avec une diamine à un rapport molaire de 1:0,93 à 1:0,99. La solution de précurseur de polyimide contient un précurseur de polyimide ayant une masse moléculaire moyenne en nombre d'au moins 38 000 g/mol et peut ainsi produire un film de polyimide ayant une résistance thermique élevée. Une solution de précurseur de polyimide ayant une stabilité au stockage améliorée peut être fournie en quantifiant les propriétés antimousse de la solution et en régulant la teneur en bulles. De plus, un film de polyimide produit à partir de celle-ci présente une quantité réduite de bulles dans le film, et peut ainsi supprimer la formation de fendillements qui peuvent se former dans une couche inorganique lors de la formation d'un dispositif.

본 발명은 폴리이미드 전구체 용액은 테트라카르복실산 이무수물과 디아민을 1:0.93 내지 1:0.99의 몰비로 반응시켜 제조되고, 수평균 분자량이 38,000 g/mol이상인 폴리이미드 전구체를 포함하고 있어 내열성이 높은 폴리이미드 필름을 제조할 수 있으며, 용액의 탈포 특성을 수치화하여 기포의 함량을 조절함으로써, 저장 안정성이 향상된 폴리이미드 전구체 용액을 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 이로부터 제조된 폴리이미드 필름은 필름 내부에 기포가 감소됨으로써 소자 형성시 발생할 수 있는 무기막의 크랙(crack) 형성을 억제시켜줄 수 있다.
