Abstract

The present invention provides a method for preparing a super absorbent polymer and a super absorbent polymer prepared thereby, in which a degree of crosslinking a base resin powder and a surface cross linked layer is optimized so that the super absorbent polymer has excellent properties such as basic absorption performance and permeability, simultaneously. A method for preparing a super absorbent polymer comprises the steps of: forming a hydrogel polymer by subjecting a monomer composition containing a water-soluble ethylenically unsaturated monomer having at least partially neutralized acidic groups and an internal crosslinking agent to crosslinking polymerization; drying, grinding, and classifying the hydrogel polymer to form a base resin powder; and additionally cross linking the surface of the base resin powder in the presence of a surface crosslinking agent to form a surface crosslinked layer, wherein the water-soluble ethylenically unsaturated monomer has a degree of neutralization of less than 70mol% in the hydrogel polymer-forming step and the method further comprises a step of additionally neutralizing the base resin powder by treating the base resin powder with an alkaline solution during or following the surface crosslinked layer-forming step.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un polymère superabsorbant et un polymère superabsorbant préparé par ce procédé, dans lequel un degré de réticulation, une poudre de résine de base et une couche réticulée en surface sont optimisés de telle sorte que le polymère superabsorbant présente simultanément d'excellentes propriétés, telles que des performances d'absorption et une perméabilité basiques. Un procédé de préparation d'un polymère superabsorbant comprend les étapes consistant : à former un polymère d'hydrogel par soumission d'une composition de monomères contenant un monomère à insaturation éthylénique soluble dans l'eau ayant au moins des groupes acide partiellement neutralisés et un agent de réticulation interne à une polymérisation par réticulation ; à sécher, broyer et classifier le polymère d'hydrogel afin de former une poudre de résine de base ; et en outre à réticuler la surface de la poudre de résine de base en présence d'un agent de réticulation de surface afin de former une couche réticulée en surface, le monomère à insaturation éthylénique soluble dans l'eau présentant un degré de neutralisation inférieur à 70 % en moles dans l'étape de formation du polymère d'hydrogel, et le procédé comprenant en outre une étape consistant à neutraliser additionnellement la poudre de résine de base par traitement de la poudre de résine de base grâce à une solution alcaline pendant ou après l'étape de formation de la couche réticulée en surface.

본 발명은 베이스 수지 분말과, 표면 가교층의 가교 정도가 최적화되어, 기본적인 흡수능 및 통액성 등이 동시에 우수한 특성을 갖는 고흡수성 수지의 제조 방법과, 이를 통해 제조된 고흡수성 수지를 제공하는 것이다. 상기 고흡수성 수지의 제조 방법은 적어도 일부가 중화된 산성기를 갖는 수용성 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체 및 내부 가교제를 포함하는 단량체 조성물을 가교 중합하여 함수겔 중합체를 형성하는 단계; 상기 함수겔 중합체를 건조, 분쇄 및 분급하여 베이스 수지 분말을 형성하는 단계; 및 표면 가교제 존재 하에, 상기 베이스 수지 분말의 표면을 추가 가교하여 표면 가교층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 함수겔 중합체의 형성 단계에서, 수용성 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체는 70몰% 미만의 중화도를 가지며, 상기 표면 가교층의 형성 단계 중, 또는 상기 표면 가교층의 형성 단계 이후에, 상기 베이스 수지 분말에 염기성 용액을 처리하여 상기 베이스 수지 분말을 추가 중화하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것이다.
