Embodiments of the present specification provide a method and an apparatus for processing a video signal. A method for processing an image signal according to one embodiment of the present specification comprises the steps of: confirming a transform index that indicates a transform kernel of a current block; determining a transform matrix corresponding to the transform index; generating an array of residual samples by applying the transform matrix to transform coefficients of the current block, wherein each of the components of the transform matrix is implemented as the sum of one or more terms determined by a shift operation of 1, and the number of terms is limited to being less than or equal to the maximum number of allowed terms.

Des modes de réalisation de la présente invention concernent un procédé et un appareil de traitement d'un signal vidéo. Un procédé de traitement d'un signal d'image selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend les étapes consistant à : confirmer un indice de transformée qui indique un noyau de transformée d'un bloc courant ; déterminer une matrice de transformée correspondant à l'indice de transformée ; générer un réseau d'échantillons résiduels par application de la matrice de transformée pour transformer des coefficients du bloc courant, chacun des composants de la matrice de transformation étant mis en oeuvre en tant que somme d'au moins un terme déterminé par une opération de décalage de 1, et le nombre de termes étant limité à être inférieur ou égal au nombre maximal de termes autorisés.

본 명세서의 실시예들은 비디오 신호 처리 방법 및 장치를 제공한다. 본 명세서의 실시예에 따른 영상 신호의 처리 방법은, 현재 블록의 변환 커널을 지시하는 변환 인덱스를 확인하는 단계와, 상기 변환 인덱스에 대응하는 변환 행렬을 결정하는 단계와, 상기 변환 행렬을 상기 현재 블록의 변환 계수들에 적용함으로써 레지듀얼 샘플들의 어레이를 생성하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 변환 행렬의 성분들 각각은 1의 시프트 연산에 의해 결정되는 하나 또는 그 이상의 항(term)들의 합으로 구현되고, 상기 항들의 개수는 최대 허용된 항 개수보다 작거나 같도록 제한된다.
